Earth Drifts Into Ice Age Due To Melting Glaciers

Scientists have announced that melting ice mountains in Antarctica due to climate change are dragging the Earth into a new Ice Age.

Scientists from Cardiff University in the UK explained that melting glaciers carry sweet and cold water into the Atlantic Ocean, which causes significant changes in the ocean cycle.

According to the study, every ice age in the last 1.6 million years has identified a link between the melting of the ice mountains and the circulation of the oceans.

The researchers said this was a trigger for the chain events that started a new Ice Age.
